A Fabergé jeweled gold Imperial presentation tie or stick pin, August Hollming, St. Petersburg, circa 1900, with scratched inventory number 2883. The finial formed as the Imperial double-headed eagle with crown set with two rose cut diamonds, the eagle shown resting on an emerald cut sapphire framed by rose cut diamonds, the upper portion of the pin twisted to hold it in place in fabric, struck with maker’s mark, contained in original Imperial presentation of gilt stamped morocco, the lid stamped with the Imperial eagle in gilt, lined in silk and velvet. Length 3 in. (7.6 cm).
