An antique Russian jeweled and enameled miniature pendant egg, circa 1899-1908. The front of the egg set applied with a gold flower with blossoms set with cabochon rubies and diamonds against a pale lilac enamel windowpane ground, the egg divided with a chased floral band. The smaller ring with an Austro-Hungarian import control mark for gold items between 1867 and 1922, and, possibly, a Petersburg district hallmark, the larger suspension ring struck with 56 gold standard (equivalent to 14K). Height including smaller suspension ring only: 3/4 in. (1.8 cm).
