A Fabergé jeweled gold-mounted carved rock crystal case in original fitted box, Michael Perchin, St. Petersburg, circa 1895. The rounded rectangular carved of rock crystal and polished, with a gold mount set with a band of alternating rose-cut diamonds and rubies, with hinged lid. The mount struck with workmaster’s initials, Fabergé in Cyrillic, 72 gold fineness standard (equivalent to 18K), and original Fabergé scratched inventory number 57739 or 57729. Contained in original silk- and velvet-lined holly wood case; the silk lining on the interior of the lid stamped K. Fabergé beneath the Imperial warrant and with Moskva S. Peterburg (Moscow St. Petersburg) in Cyrillic, the recessed area fitted for the case with original cream-colored ribbon to aid in removing the case from the fitted box.
