A Russian gilded silver, guilloché, champlevé, and plique-à-jour enamel sherbet spoon, Feodor Rückert, Moscow, circa 1900. The reverse of the egg shaped bowl and the handle decorated with stylized floral motifs in champlevé enamel in shades of royal blue, turquoise, and celadon green , the twist stem handle with flat terminal with similar champlevé ornament surrounding a tear-dropped shaped field enameled a bright translucent turquoise blue over a wavy, engine-turned ground, the border with scrolling ornament in red and navy blue plique-à-jour. Struck with maker’s mark. Length: 5 1/2 in. (14 cm).
