A Norwegian gilded silver and plique-à-jour enamel tea strainer by David Andersen, circa 1900. The pierced strainer enameled with alternating anthemia and scrolls in shades of navy blue, lemon, lavender, and green against a red ground, all in plique-à-jour, the handle with conforming decoration, all with applied cable rims.
