A Russian figural silver and cut glass tazza, Ovchinnikov, Moscow, circa 1895. The stand depicting a cupid or putto seated atop a small tree stump on a spreading base of leaves and holding the stem of a flower forming the base of the tazza stand. Struck with maker’s marks and 84 silver standard. Weight of silver stand: 885 grams. Dimensions: 8 3/4″ h x 9 7/8″ (22.2 x 25 cm).
