A pair of framed watercolors by Charles Heath (or Karl Osipovich Khiss, 1826 England-1900 Saint Petersburg) of a white-capped river flowing between mountains & fir trees. Both are watercolors on paper. One dated 1898. The painter & linguist Charles Heath was one of the Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna’s teachers as well as an English tutor to the Imperial children.
