A Russian porcelain pierced fruit basket, Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, period of Paul (1796-1801). The oval fruit basket with handles molded with leaves and scrolls and partially gilded, a central band about the bowl decorated with a garland of blue cornflowers and green leaves. Dimensions: 3 3/4″ H x 11″ W x 8 3/8″ D (9.5 x 27.9 x 21.3 cm).
