The cover of the rounded rectangular case cast and chased with an allegory of Russia displaying her industrial might, symbolized by a winged wheel and a large factory with smoking chimneys, the lower left corner framed with a wreath of oak and laurel, set with silver thumbpiece and blue glass pushpiece, the interior gilded, with later Soviet control marks.
