A Fabergé jeweled gold and guilloché enamel photograph frame, workmaster Johan Viktor Aarne, St. Petersburg, circa 1899 to 1904, with original scratched Fabergé inventory number 7054. Of oval form, the rose-gold frame surmounted by a bow-knot, enameled in translucent apple green over a wavy engine-turned ground & applied with chased yellow-gold laurel leaves punctuated by bezel-set diamonds, the mother-of-pearl back with gilded silver strut. Dimensions: 2 ¼x 1 1/2 in. (5.7 x 3.8cm).
