A Fabergé jeweled silvergilt table lighter, workmaster Anders Nevalainen, St. Petersburg, circa 1895. The ovoid lighter in Neo-classical taste, the top applied with chased ribbon-tied laurel bands & swags, with tiny cabochon sapphires centering the chased flowerheads from which the floral ornament is “suspended,” with beaded bands about the top & middle, raised on three ball feet. Struck with workmaster’s mark, 88 silver standard, & Fabergé inventory number 1350 or 1356. Gross weight: 105 grams. Height without cord: 3 1/8 in. (8 cm).
