The exterior of the round rectangular case of alternating panels of fluted rose gold & polished yellow gold divided by bands of opaque enamel, with a gold-mounted cabochon sapphire thumbpiece, the interior struck with maker’s mark & 56 gold standard (equivalent to 14K). 3 3/4 x 2 5/8 in.
