A Russian gilded silver & shaded cloisonné enamel open salt, Feodor Rückert, Moscow, 1908-1917. Decorated in stil modern (Russian art nouveau) taste, the tapering body with everted rim, the exterior enameled with a detailed pattern of stylized tulips & half-daisies in shaded of red, orange, yellow, & blue, the designs heightened with applied & hammered gilt cloisons, all reserved against an olive green ground, he squat, bulbous body with flared rim enameled in a stylized geometric multi-color floral motif against an olive green ground mottled with spots of iron red. Struck on underside with maker’s marks & 88 silver fineness standard. Diameter: 2 1/8 in. (5.4 cm).
