An antique Fabergé gold & guilloché enamel miniature pendant egg, workmaster Michael Perchin, St. Petersburg, circa 1895. The egg formed as a mottled pink bud with a gold leaf cap enameled translucent green over an engine-turned ground. Struck on large suspension ring with maker’s mark & St. Petersburg district hallmark, the smaller bale struck with 56 gold standard (equivalent to 14K). Height (not including large suspension ring): ¾ in. (2 cm).
