A pair of Faberge gold, enamel and diamond double cufflinks, workmaster Eduard Kortman, St. Petersburg, circa 1899-1908 with original Faberge scratched inventory number 78942 or 78442. Of circular form, each link enameled in translucent white over a radiating engine turned ground, centered with a diamond within a border set with additional diamonds. Struck on the bail with workmaster’s marks and 56 Russian standard gold (14k equivalent). The backs with scratched inventory number. Diameter: 1/2 in.
