Two bookplates from the personal libraries of Nicholas, the left from his library at the Winter Palace, the right from the Livadia Palace, both 1907; above is a diamond-shaped bookplate with the Imperial cypher of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna; at center is a bookplate from library of Tsarevich & Grand Duke Alexei Nikolaevich, designed by Baron Arminii Foelkersam. Mounted on red silk, matted, & framed under glass. Frame: 11 7/8 x 14 ½ in. (30 x 37.5 cm)
