A Russian silver gilt & cloisonne enamel kovsh, Ivan Saltykov, Moscow, 1899-1908. Of traditional form with hook-shaped handle, the kovsh decorated in scrolling multi-color shaded floral & foliate motifs against a stippled gilded ground between bands of turquoise beads. Length: 3 1/2″ (8.9 cm).
