A Russian wooden cup & kovsh with silver inlay, circa 1900. Of traditional form, the kovsh & cup inlaid overall in an intricate geometic pattern. The base of the cup inscribed in ink with “Exposition de Bruxelles 24 Août 1910,” suggesting that the set was purchased at the Russian exhibition at the 1910 Exposition internationale held in Brussels from 23 April to 1 November 1910.
